Confused
Hey, i've been with my boyfriend about two years now, so its pretty serious. He told me that if i ever accidentally got pregnant he would want to keep it. Well now i might actually be pregnant, and if i am i don't know if i should keep it or not, and whether i should tell my boyfriend.

Guessing that your not that old you need to know that having a baby isn't all as simple as it might seem and I know you might know that but you won't understand just how hard it'll be until your there and at a young age your most probably not ready. Being a mother is a full time job, you will lose things in your life and won't have much of your own time or for friends and even your bf. If you have a baby you really have to be certain that you want it and that you want to be committed to the father for life, once you have a child with someone they will be in your life forever. And you have to make sure it's not just a phase were you think you want a child then in a few months you don't you have to be certain and at a young age you mightn't be able to make such a hard decision.
It's really sweet that he said he would stay with you but that shouldn't make you want to really. I've been in two long relationships and they were serious too but be young while you can and waiting is the best thing you could probably do.
If you are in fact pregnant, of course you should tell your boyfriend as well as see a doctor and tell your parents to find out your options.
I can see that you love him, and that's wonderful do what you think is best. Of course I don't know how old you are I'm predicting you're under 18 though and that's not the best time to have a baby.
Enjoy your youth and enjoy your time with your boyfriend.

Tell him, this kind of thing works out better than people think it does, two of my good friends had babies at 16. They are perfect and happily in love with their boyfriends.

babies make everything ten times harder.

At the end of the day (I hate that saying) it's his child too he has a right to know.

I've always thought I'd leave that up to the girl.
If he wants to keep it, so be it.

Hmmph. If my phone let me put an angry smiley I would. My friend gave birth at 15 and she has an education, and friends.
To the o/p ; it's your choice what you do with the baby. Of course you should tell your BF but if you don't think you can give the baby the best it deserves or you want to keep it and he changed his ming because its reality now, you choose. It's your body.

Grow up and welcome to the 21st century. I'm sorry but this is just crap, you are just stereotyping to be honest. As long as your baby is happy, healthy and loved does it matter? Babies are hard! No one ever said it was easy but teenage pregnanceys do work nowadays.

sure you have a healthy happy prosperous life and also have your baby. its just going to be ten times harder than if you dont. and you migt know a friend who had a kid at 15 and is perfect but i know someone who was 20 and still got her life messed up, she had to put uni on hold move back to her parents and stopped going out. things could go either way its just much harder with a kid and anyone would do better without. and that comment about the 21st century is just so wrong. people had kids at 15 in the 19th century now women wait till their late thirties and have to have ivf
