ok, first of all, the title was just the particular line I was listening to in Going Under by Evanescence that had something to do with this post in any way shape or form.

Anyways, there's this boy named Matt. I've liked him for a while, and I even asked him out. Course I knew he'd say no, and he did. When I got the news though, I was talking to another friend and simply said "I DON'T CARE" and kept smiling and talking to my friend.
Now we talk alot. He says that there are only 2 people he can spill his real feelings to. He told me he's liked this girl since first grade. Her name is Annie. She's really rude to me, but I try not to let Matt know my opinion of her. On yahoo lately though, he's been purposely saying "I love her so much!" and stuff. Everytime he does, I want to cry. I just put a little *rolls eyes* whenever he does. About 2 times a week, after something major, he'll say something like "I feel really bad for u, because you like me and I like somebody else and you have to listen to me talk about her." and that makes me really want to cry because HE KNOWS how much each one of his sentances hurts me. =*[
At first I'd honestly thought that he'd been oblivious to the unnessecary pain he's causing me everyday, but now I know that he knows, yet continues to say stuff like that!
He's a total jerk; WHY DO I LIKE HIM?!
I feel used and unwanted and a thousand other sad feelings all at once! Yet at the same time is the total happiness that HE'S ACTUALLY TALKING TO ME! HE TELLS ME EVERYTHING! *squee!!!*
I'm so confused and sad and happy and lonely and angry and hateful and joyess and BLARGH!!!

I'd just like to point out I felt the same about a guy, named Matt, who had a girlfriend whos name starts with an A.
Ironic eh.
I learned, you just have to get over them. Really, theres nothing you can do. It'll be hard but he's not worth your time if he's being so mean.

When I read your post I thought about saying something like 'GET THE F#CK OVER IT' but decided against it.

I understand that its pretty hard for you but I say wait for as long as you can. I mean come on what have you got to loose? and its only going to take a little while for him to realise how much you care and that maybe he does want to be with you. This could have the exact opposite affect though he could just turn round and mess you about even more. The longer you hang about the better sooner or later you will move on or find someone who doesn't treat you like dirt.

If its meant to be it will be okay?
