hey
ever since my sister broke up with her ex about 2 years ago
she has been depressed for the longest time
at first i thought it was just cuz she was sad over her bf
but now i realize that it is more than that
but now
she doesn't really get depressed anymore
she just has major mood swings and is always paranoid
she thinks people keep talking shit about her
people that she doesn't even see or talk to anymore
she has no evidence that they talk shit about her
she has a new bf now
but one minute she is all luvvy dubby with him
the next minute she breaks up with him

i really want to take her to a doctor to see wassup
but she doesn't have medical insurance
anything that i can do to help her?
it hurts me to see her suffer like that and not be able to be herself and enjoy life

me and my cousin would have kicked his ass

shes just paranoid for no reason
i took a class last year about mental disorders
and it seems shes got like 75% of the symptoms for mood swings

i DO talk to her
i'm the one she goes to most when she needs someone to talk to
its like groundhog day
same episodes happen almost every day
all i can do right now is talk to her to calm her down every time she starts getting mad for no reason
