Hmm. I've never had acne like ever. I don't use any form of facewash except water. I'm like super allergic to all those things.
The seafood thing. I'm sure its not right. I have seafood 4 nights a week.
My friends on anti-biotics for her acne. Hope it clears up soon (:

well. I have read a nice book about the subject and I can honestly tell you all that you're all a bit right and all completely wrong. the cure depends on which kind of acne/pimples you got. Have a look yourself. The book is callled "No acne for me" and is easy to download.
