If you keep touching your face, use hand sanitizer. Lol, I should follow my own advice, but I hardly even put lotion on, let alone hand sanitizer.
But I've heard it helps

Wash your face every morning and evening everyday with facial products that can help control the oil on your face.
Also, drink lots of water and don't touch your face when your hands are dirty.
Hope that helps.

ok so rescently
just 2 days ago
i started using these REALLY strong and dangeroud acne medication
called accutane
when i took them the first day
i just felt nervous for no reason and i noticed that i felt "different" like that i'm not normal
then today when i took them
i felt the same way
but when i was talking to my gf on the phone
i saw this really SCARY image in my head
and it scared the shit out of me
like i haven't been scared like this since i was a kid
i just sat up
got out of my room and went into my sisters room
that was the last straw
so i have decided i am not going to take this medication anymore
imma tell my doctor tomorrow and to see what i must do to stop this and to get a less dangerous acne medication
its scary....

dude david
that sounds fucken scary
i've heard about accutane
people have gotten depression from it and gone crazy
your sanity is not worth getting rid of the acne
go back to your doctor and find another medication

Yeah, siriously. It's not normal and they shouldn't let their patients use it.
