Go to a dermatologies if it's bad enought they will prescrive an anti-biotic that will get rid of it very fast and effectively.

make sure when using acne medication to put sunscreen on in the morning before going out
make sure your face isn't oily
you should buy the Clean & Clear oil absorbing sheets
they work pretty well for me

Use an pad called NoXema or something. If you use it often it will keep your acne in check

Well after about a minute of research it seems that not all seafood causes acne. I'm still not sure so about any seafood causing acne at all.
Acne and Salmon
Best Regards,

I used to have acne, Badly.
It was horrible, I had some on my neck and arms, chest and even my legs. When you wash your face, Use the hottest water you can handle. Your face will get red but that only lasts a few minutes. Avoide using soaps on your face. Use a oil-free moistuizer, even if your skin is oily you need moistuizers to keep your pore's small, If not you'll get larger pores and then get black heads. Try not to use sun screen, Its oil and can just 'feed' your pimples. Also, try not to lay out in the sun, Don't avoide it because the rays can dry out your oily skin but it can also give you a burn (Even if you don't feel or see the burn, It's still there)
Even though your a guy , Try to not use excess conditioner, it's oil and will drip down your face. Just a few drops is good. then rinse it off leaning your head back and looking at the ceiling.
Try not to touch your face, if your one of those people who NEEDS to, to stay awake ( Like me ) Put mitts on, or wear a long sleeved sweater and put the sleeves over your hands.
Wash your pillow case every 2 night ( you can do it in the sink when you wake up and hang it on the shower curtain so when you get home its dry)
Hope it helps

those are some pretty good advice
sounds like you've had bad acne and have gone through the same acne problem as well
touching my face is one of my biggest problems
and keeping it oil free also

Before you go to bed, after you wash your face put... FLOUR.
Most people say baby powder but it's too full of fragrances and stuff, so Flour, it's all natural. Just put a bit on, enought to cover it of course

Wow, flour? Never heard of that.
Yeah, I touch my face too, in class and stuff... grr.
I use proactive and it works, but if you go on days without it, it starts to come back soon.

Sorry to say, but that stuff is just hurting your skin more then anything...
it may clear stuff up but its not taking the root, like mentioned it always comes back.
