I know this is an old thread and I'm not too sure how relaxed the bumping threads rule is on here so I apologise if I shouldn't be posting in older threads.

Unfortunately that video link has expired now so I couldn't watch the video or see what you were originally speaking about, but it was the topic heading that caught my eye. We have an election coming up in the next few weeks in my country and I keep hearing people telling me how they aren't going to vote because it doesn't change anything or their vote doesn't actually matter etc etc etc and it infuriates me because these people then think they have the right to moan about the world or the way things are run, yet they wont have their say and vote to try and change what they don't like. In my opinion, anyone who doesn't vote can't moan about the way things are.
