I don't use equipments, maybe just jump rope. But you can do crunches, squats, push ups, etc. Or you can just run around the block and that might be less than ten minutes? :)

Crunches..
Do them before you get up in the morning, and before you go to bed.
in the morning it wakes you up and at night.. it tires you.

|
i'm been doing about 5 sets up 20 pushups every night now
i try to do sit-ups but i don't have a yoga mat to do it on
my whole house has wood and tile flooring
so if i do a sit-up my tailbone will break T_T
i want my 6 pack back!

i work out at work all the time
its just an office job so when there is no1 there
i just leave my dumbells there and work out with them when i have down time

i was thinking about getting the iron gym pull up bar and the perfect pushup thingy
my cousin has them and i thought they were pretty useful
