Good health means much more than just ?not being sick?. It is within the control of each one of us to lead not only a ?not sick? life but to attain the best health possible so as to remain physically and mentally active all our life.
First of all balance food and fitness is the twin pivots of good health. If you are healthy, you look good. Good health has enormous benefits. Right! Secondly, if you are eating well, relaxing right and exercising enough, you look trim, attractive and appealing no matter what your age or what features you were born with.
The big question is how to eat well and keep the body fit to maintain a healthy life.
Can you give some idea over this matter?

I always keep myself fit by having a proper diet and regular sleeping hours. No oily or junk food. I also avoid fast food if possible. Other than that, I also play sports like hockey and soccer. Helps me to stay in shape as well.

1. Exercise daily
2. sleep good even 4 - 5 hours of good sleep is enough until the age of 35.
3. Eat healthy. If you eat junk food then u might want to exercise more.
4. and Again exercise and meditate :)

1. Have a good rest and sleep
2. Eat something good. You can eat everything. But must have a good balance.
3. Exercise. If you never exersive. Believe me. You will be fat.
4. Active. If you passive person. Change it now!
This is how i maintain my life right now. If i married. Maybe i need to change it first. Its depend on the situation.
