Twilight!!!

Since there's a few people who like Twilight on this forum, I thought we'd get a little discussion about it.

I love love love the first book and the third the best. The first, you get the tension between Bella and Edward, and mystery of who is Edward and why he's always laughing at Bella. You see Bella at her angry stage before she gets all lovey-dovey with Edward.

What do you think of the series? The latest book, Breaking Dawn? Are you a Team Edward or Team Jacob? lol.

i jus started readin' the 3rd one, eclipse >.< ya i know, im a bit behind . the first one was awesome :] edward cullen<3 *drools* lol. took me 3 days to finish . the second was pretty slow and not as great to me (barely any edward !) the third one seems alright so far .

woooo team edward !!

Bwahaha, seriously that's what I thought about New Moon too! But, if you noticed my 'title' under my name, I'm now a Jacob supporter! lol.

I still love Edward, but I figured Jacob needs some loving since everyone fawns over Edward, lol.

But the third one is AWESOME! lol. I can't say more than that, but yeahh!

Lol, lucky for you David, there's a Twilight movie coming out in November. You should check it out w/ your gf. I bet she probably knows what we're talking about

im at the part where bella finds out victoria is still after her O.O

I just finished reading the last one a couple of months ago. This series is kind of confusing for me, because I pretty much despise the main character and I don't really know what all the fuss was about, really. I reckon Stephenie Meyer's writing is kind of plain, but the storyline was addictive, even if I didn't like it.

I don't like Edward... the 'perfect' thing just annoys me. I don't really like Jacob either; then again I don't think Bella deserves either of them. She seems selfish and plain to me. And arrogant.

Wow I just sound really unpleasant about this. Sorry ^^.

Rofl, That's what I started thinking when I was about to go to the Breaking Dawn release party! XD Instead of getting pumped up, I was just thinking of all the flaws of the Twilight series.

But now, I've accepted it for what it is; a teen romance story of a simple girl with a very beau guy. The writing is simple, the characters are simple, but it has a good mix of romance and "dreamy" guy to keep the attention of teen girls...and some moms :s

The first time I read the series, I was really caught up on the story, but I pretty much forget about Bella and think about Edward the whole time. Who's Bella? 'Psh, she needs to step off Edward' kinda thinking XD *heh*

Have you guys read Midnight Sun? It's narrated by Edward and it takes place during 'Twilight' book. I'm 3/4ths done. It's not a book; it's on SM's site.

WHaaatttt?????!!!! Fictional books are where the imagination is!!! Have you TRIED to read fictional books? Because I was the president of my school's book club and I take it upon myself to get people to like books! Seriously, I'll go buy a book and ship it to you in order for you to like books! lol.

Oh, yeah Twilight's my first vampire books. I'm still trying to read Dracula but I think that books going to have to be put on hold until I get a more sturdy book.

And David, maybe reading will give you an active imagination!
